Psalms 34:17-19

Luke 18:1-8
[1] Now He was telling them a parable to show that at all times they ought to pray and not become discouraged, [2] saying, “In a certain city there was a judge who did not fear God and did not respect any person. [3] Now there was a widow in that city, and she kept coming to him, saying, ‘Give me justice against my opponent.’ [4] For a while he was unwilling; but later he said to himself, ‘Even though I do not fear God nor respect any person, [5] yet because this widow is bothering me, I will give her justice; otherwise by continually coming she will wear me out.’ ” [6] And the Lord said, “Listen to what the unrighteous judge *said; [7] now, will God not bring about justice for His elect who cry out to Him day and night, and will He delay long for them? [8] I tell you that He will bring about justice for them quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on the earth?”

These passages need very little commentary or explanation. They are pretty straightforward in their messge. I will, however, paraphrase and summarize them into one statement.
No matter what pain, headache, struggles you are currently experiencing, even though you feel like your prayers crash into the ceiling and fall to the floor. Whatever your need, ask and Keep Asking, knock and keep asking, Call to Him day and night. Pray without ceasing.
I assure you He hears every word, He sees every tear. He WILL answer. He will provide for every need, heal every hurt, restore the brokenness and give Justice to the oppressed
BUT when we ask, we must ask in faith believing that He hears and will answer or we do cry out in vain.
I am reminded of an old acronym –
P – Pray
U – Until
S – Something
H- Happens
I share this message with you , but to be honest, I need to heed it just as much as any of you might.
I pray that no matter where you are in your life, you will ask and keep asking with a heart that believes, because I KNOW we have a GOOD and Gracious Heavenly Father that hears and answers the cries of His beloved children.
